A global engineering and product leader with 18+ years of experience across Johnson Controls, Carrier and FläktGroup.
I have built and led multidisciplinary engineering teams, supported product development for North American markets and helped connect business priorities with disciplined engineering execution. My experience spans product strategy, new product development, engineering governance, technology roadmaps, value engineering and cross-functional delivery.
I am particularly passionate about developing people, building scalable engineering capabilities and creating collaborative operating models across geographies. I bring a practical, outcomes-focused approach to product quality, cost, schedule, reliability and commercialization.
My background also includes an MBA in Business Analytics and six U.S. patents.

Johnson Controls
Pioneered an India–North America remote engineering delivery model, built and led multidisciplinary teams, and supported strategic commercial HVAC product programs. Focus areas included product roadmaps, Stage-Gate reviews, cross-functional execution and engineering delivery governance.
Carrier
Contributed to HVAC new product development, system design, refrigeration-cycle optimization, value engineering, compliance documentation and technical product specifications for Asia-market applications.
FläktGroup
Further developed experience across engineering, product and organizational priorities in the HVAC industry.
